Field Sales Executive – Driving School Onboarding

Drivergy is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to expand its network of driving schools in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for visiting driving schools, meeting owners, explaining the Drivergy platform, and onboarding them to our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Visit driving schools across Lucknow and meet school owners.

Explain Drivergy's platform, benefits, and registration process.

Acquire and onboard driving schools to the Drivergy platform.

Generate leads through field visits and local networking.

Follow up with potential partners and convert leads into registrations.

Collect school information, documents, and service details for listing.

Maintain daily visit reports and onboarding records.

Build long-term relationships with driving school owners.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.

Experience in automobile sales, dealership sales, or local business onboarding is an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi.

Comfortable with daily field visits across Lucknow.

Must be proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000.
