Graduate Trainer – Teaching & Logistics

Job Summary We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic graduate with a passion for teaching and training. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in any sector, with preference given to candidates having experience in teaching, training, logistics, or warehouse operations. The candidate should be confident in communicating with students, delivering classroom sessions, and supporting training centre operations. Key Responsibilities - Conduct classroom training sessions and engage students in interactive learning. - Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and training materials. - Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and training documentation. - Support practical demonstrations and activities related to logistics and warehouse operations. - Monitor student performance and provide guidance for improvement. - Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. - Coordinate with the centre team for daily training activities and reporting. - Support placement readiness, employability skills, and other centre-level activities. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in any sector. - Preferred Experience: Teaching, vocational training, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. - Good communication and classroom management skills. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and internet usage. - Willingness to work and stay at the training centre in Lucknow. - A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in teaching are essential.
