About this job
- Excellent spoken English with Versant C1/C2 proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior US healthcare, insurance or international voice process experience preferred.
- 5 working days per week, with rotational weekly offs across all 7 days.
- Flexibility to work in US shifts.
- 9 hours shift including 1 hour break.
