Key Responsibilities
- Sales
- Actively work towards achieving the set sales targets.
- Networking
- Develop customer relationships with Ship owners, Ship managers,
Shipyards in the maritime and offshore Industry.
- Marketing
- Actively participate in market development activities/events to grow the
Customer base and Brand recognition.
- Additional duties
- Perform other sales & market development related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Education
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Min. 5 years proven experience in managing sales for ship performance
and energy or electrical engineering/automation technology.
- Independence
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and self-motivated.
- Teamwork
- Strong collaboration and communication skills. Comfortable working
remotely with Teams in different time zones.
- Customer focus
- Dedicated to customer care and capable of solving technical
challenges and adversity.
- Travel
- Willingness to travel overseas.
- Technical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, IT tools, and able to read technical drawings.
- Soft Skills
- Calm and Persistent during sales cycle and handling customers.
