• Make outbound calls to warm leads generated by our marketing team (no cold calling lists).

• Engage with prospective students and clients in theUSA, Canada, Australia, and UKmarkets.

• Understand customer needs, present course and service benefits, and close sales.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills(neutral or international accent preferred).

• Proven telesales / inside sales experience (US process a big plus).

• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.

• Ability to work night shifts and maintain energy throughout.

• Comfort with CRM tools and quick adoption of new systems.
