Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate acquisitions of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company

Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling

Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Familiarity with Real Estate market trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Proficient in real estate CRMs

Responsibilities

Engaging in real-time conversations with homeowners, including live call transfers from Cold Callers/LIS or FUS, and providing assistance in the process of submitting offers for their homes.

Using the MLS/Propstream to understand the market and make proper offers on homes.

Running Comparables

Build and maintain relationships with home sellers

Negotiate purchase agreements. Put deals under contract!

Drafting and sending the contract to the seller for signing

Collaborate with Transactions and Dispositions in completing necessary details in closing the deal

Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.

Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)
