Role Overview

We are seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer to serve as a creative pillar for our marketing efforts. This role is focused on producing high-quality "top of funnel" resources and professional collateral for both digital and print distribution. The ideal candidate is a proficient designer capable of managing custom projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all visual assets are engaging, effective, and perfectly aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Design Production

Create and manage custom designs using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific focus on Adobe Photoshop.

Marketing Collateral

Design professional flyers, brochures, and promotional materials tailored for both digital and print platforms.

Long-Form Content

Develop engaging, highly readable layouts for high-value resources, including e-books, white papers, and case studies.

Strategic Visuals: Produce specialized resources designed for the top of the sales funnel (e.g., educational guides for senior living facilities) to support lead generation and marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

Strong, hands-on working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva is strictly essential.

Design Versatility: Proven ability to handle diverse design requests and seamlessly transition between creating digital assets and print-ready files.

Core Competencies: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure all custom designs meet professional standards and strict brand alignment. Highly deadline-driven, with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously to meet project timelines and immediate business needs.

Remote Infrastructure: Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.
