We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking ITI candidate to assist with the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of engineering projects and prototypes. The candidate will work on practical projects involving mechanical systems, electrical components, robotics, automation, electric vehicles (EVs), and IoT-based applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to develop practical engineering skills and gain hands-on experience in project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing engineering models and prototypes.
- Perform mechanical fabrication, cutting, drilling, grinding, and assembly under supervision.
- Assist in assembling motors, pumps, sensors, controllers, and other components.
- Support electrical wiring and basic electronic circuit assembly.
- Assist with robotics, automation, EV, and IoT-based projects.
- Read and follow basic engineering drawings and design instructions.
- Help with prototype testing, troubleshooting, and modifications.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- ITI qualification in Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Turner, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, or a related trade.
- Freshers and candidates currently pursuing ITI may apply.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop equipment is preferred.
- Interest in mechanical design, fabrication, and engineering projects.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and practical skills.
- Good work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 initially.
