Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with machinery manufacturers, brick/block units, RMC plants, dealers, builders, and contractors.
• Drive regional sales activities to meet business targets.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through field visits, referrals, dealer contacts, and existing clients.
• Arrange at least 10 customer visits/meetings per week and demonstrate products to prospective buyers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Update customer details, sales leads, follow-ups, and daily visit reports in Odoo or other CRM systems.
• Track market trends and competitor strategies to expand business.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience in field sales and territory development.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Experience in construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors will be an advantage.
