Sales and Revenue Management

• Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual showroom targets.
• KPI Monitoring: Track sales metrics such as footfall, conversion rates, and average ticket size.
• Sales Optimization: Encourage the team to upsell and cross-sell high-margin products like diamonds and precious gemstones. \[1, 2, 3]

Team Leadership and Management

• Staff Training: Educate staff on product knowledge (karatage, gemstone quality, pricing) and advanced selling techniques.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, grooming, and individual employee performance through regular evaluations.

Customer Service

• Client Relations: Nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and VIP client retention.

Inventory and Asset Management

• Stock Audits: Conduct regular, meticulous inventory audits to prevent shrinkage, pilferage, and internal losses.

Operations and Compliance
