Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales \& Marketing Executive who is comfortable with fieldwork, regular client visits, and local travel. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, promoting our HR services, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, SMEs, hotels, hospitals, retail businesses, and other organizations requiring HR services.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients, offices, commercial establishments, and industrial areas.
• Meet HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to present and promote company services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, networking, and field marketing.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate the preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

Travel Expectations

• Daily local field visits within Bhubaneswar and nearby commercial areas are an essential part of the role.
• The employee is expected to spend approximately 50–70% of working time in the field, depending on client meetings and business requirements.
• Travel may include visits to offices, hotels, hospitals, industrial areas, and other prospective client locations.
• Occasional outstation travel within Odisha may be required with prior approval.
• The employee must maintain a daily visit and activity report, including client meetings, leads generated, and follow-up status.
• Local travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy, subject to submission of valid bills or travel records.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; a Marketing or Business Administration background is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and undertake occasional outstation visits.
• Comfortable with cold calling, face-to-face sales.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Must have his/her own laptop.
• Must have a two wheeler with a valid driving license.
