Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and generate leads from builders, contractors, developers, dealers and construction material suppliers.
• Field Sales \& Product Promotion: Conduct regular market visits to promote paver blocks, kerb stones and other precast concrete products.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and contractors to drive repeat business.
• Sales \& Order Management: Prepare quotations, negotiate orders, achieve sales targets and coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Marketing \& Brand Promotion: Support digital and offline marketing activities through social media, product demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain customer databases, track leads, follow up on enquiries and submit periodic sales performance reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Experience in field sales, business development or building-material marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the construction, real estate and building-materials market.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel locally for client visits.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Experience

Sales or marketing experience in paver blocks, tiles, cement, construction materials or related industries.

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
