Team Leader

Team Leader New York Burrito Company | Mumbai New York Burrito Company is a fast-growing vegetarian Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with 12 outlets across Mumbai and is now expanding its presence across India . We are looking for a Team Leader to work on the shop floor and handle food assembly, billing, customer service, online orders and day-to-day outlet activities . Key Responsibilities Assemble food orders as per customer requirements and company standards. Greet and attend to customers, take orders and understand their requirements. Assemble food orders as per customer requirements and company standards, including prescribed ingredients, sauces, fillings and portions. Handle billing, POS (Point of Sale) transactions and cash/card/online payments accurately. Process orders through online delivery agregators and generate KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket). Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) for delivery. Maintain food quality, portion control, service as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall upkeep of the outlet. Maintain required ingredients, sauces, packaging and other supplies; follow FIFO (First In, First Out) / FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and minimize wastage. Support the team during peak hours and assist with opening, closing and other day-to-day outlet activities. Follow the Outlet Manager's instructions, company policies and SOPs, Candidate Profile· 2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail or hospitality operations. · Hands-on experience in QSR food assembly, billing and outlet operations preferred. · Good customer service and communication skills. · Comfortable handling POS and online food-ordering platforms . · Ability to work in a fast-paced outlet environment . · QSR/restaurant experience will be preferred.
