The ideal candidate should have a passion for food & beverages, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant/café environment. Key Responsibilities Commis

• Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene of food ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock rotation. Brew Master
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per established recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to guests. Bartender
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
• Ensure responsible handling and storage of beverages and bar supplies.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Follow all applicable company policies and legal requirements. Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, bar, hotel, or QSR environment is preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
