Roles and Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission procedures. Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities. Follow up with students and parents through calls and messages. Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain student records and update follow-up details. Coordinate with colleges and the internal team regarding admissions. Achieve admission and conversion targets. Requirements: Good communication skills in Kannada and English. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work towards targets and maintain follow-ups. Salary: ₹18,000 per month for full-time roles, plus incentives. Part-time compensation will be as per company policy. Working Days: As per company policy.
