Job Title: Relationship Manager – Inside Sales Location: Gurugram and Chennai Education: Any Graduate Experience: Minimum of 1+ years’ experience pursuing having calling experience About the Role: The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to achieve targets. The role involves explaining product features, following up with leads, and ensuring excellent customer communication. Prior customer service or sales experience is an added advantage. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative will be an added advantage. Follow up with interested prospects and close sales within timelines Requirement: Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and persuasion skills Hindi, English, Telugu and Tamil language spoken candidates will be preferred
