Job Description

eClerx is hiring Customer Care Executives for an International BPO process. The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with US-based customers and providing effective solutions to their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and/or non-voice channels.
• Interact professionally with US-based customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and performance metrics.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts and rotational week offs.
• Willingness to work from the Chandigarh office.

Pay

₹20,100.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
