Product Specialist

We are looking for an ERP Product Specialist to bridge the gap between our core ERP solutions and our end clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, auditing workflows, driving client adoption through hands-on demonstrations and user training, and acting as the voice of the customer to recommend feature enhancements to the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform functional, regression, and user-acceptance testing (UAT) across modules prior to release.

System & Process Audits: Audit client implementations, data accuracy, and user workflows to identify process bottlenecks and system misconfigurations.

Product Enhancements: Gather user feedback, analyze recurring issues, and collaborate with product and development teams to suggest actionable functional upgrades.

Client Demonstrations & Walkthroughs: Lead structured product demonstrations for prospective clients and existing stakeholders during feature rollouts.

User Training & Enablement: Conduct hands-on training sessions (in-person or virtual) for client administrators, operational teams, and end users; prepare user manuals and quick-reference guides.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary functional contact for client queries, translating complex technical workflows into plain-language business solutions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with enterprise ERP solutions (experience in school management ERPs or financial/accounting ERPs)

Functional Knowledge

Strong understanding of end-to-end institutional workflows, user permissions, reporting, and operational auditing.

Communication Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with comfort leading presentations, demos, and training workshops.

Analytical Mindset

Sharp eye for detail to spot edge-case bugs, UI/UX friction, and workflow mismatches.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay

₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
