Roles & Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and guide them in using suitable software solutions through AnyDesk, UltraViewer, Google Meet, or on-site visits.

Assist in software setup, configuration, and implementation as per customer requirements.

Understand basic business processes related to HRMS, ERP, and textile industry software.

Provide basic software training and help customers resolve their queries.

Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and a good implementation experience.

Visit client locations whenever required to understand their concerns, resolve basic issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, with basic working knowledge of English.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new software.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for client visits whenever required.

Basic understanding of HRMS, ERP, or textile software is an added advantage.

Experience

0–1 year of experience.

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
