Barista

The House Cafe is a modern vegetarian café in Jaipur, offering a welcoming and aesthetic environment with great food, beverages, and a unique café experience. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista who enjoys preparing quality beverages and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.

Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and workstations.

Manage coffee ingredients, milk, syrups, and other inventory.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.

Assist in developing new coffee recipes and beverage ideas.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a café is preferred.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.

Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing techniques.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a team and handle busy hours.

Must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
