Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to manage daily counter sales operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing and offers to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and support sales transactions.
- Generate bills and manage cash, UPI and card payments.
- Maintain daily sales records and counter transactions.
- Ensure proper product display and maintain counter cleanliness.
- Build good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
