About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals eager to build a rewarding career in US Recruitment. As an Associate Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to source, screen, and identify the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

Source and screen profiles using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks.

Apply research and networking strategies to identify top talent.

Conduct preliminary assessments and maintain candidate pipelines.

Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process with attention to quality and timelines.

Interested or Experienced to working in International recrutiment for multiple industries for US Clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication and coordination skills.

Proactive and collaborative team player.

Goal-oriented with strong attention to deadlines.

Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night Shift).

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).

Passion and interest in pursuing a career in recruitment.
