We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our spinning mill in Coimbatore.

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 year of experience in purchase and store operations.

Spinning mill experience is mandatory.

Good knowledge of spinning mill purchase procedures and materials.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and inventory-related work).

Ability to maintain purchase records, stock registers, and coordinate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle purchase activities for spinning mill requirements.

Maintain inventory and store records accurately.

Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries.

Verify incoming materials and maintain stock levels.

Prepare purchase reports and documentation.

Work closely with production and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate

Female candidate.

Organized, responsible, and capable of handling purchase and store functions independently.
