Job Overview

Career Ladder is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer & Video Editor who can handle end-to-end video production, from shooting and capturing footage to editing and delivering engaging video content.

The candidate will work on educational content, promotional videos, branding, and social media content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality videos for social media, marketing, and educational purposes.

Handle cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and shooting setups.

Edit short-form and long-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.

Add transitions, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.

Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.

Capture trainer sessions, student testimonials, interviews, and events.

Collaborate with the content and marketing team.

Manage video projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

Knowledge of camera operations, framing, lighting, and composition.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.

Understanding of video transitions, color grading, and motion graphics.

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.

Creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

0–2 years of experience.

Freshers with practical shooting and editing skills can apply.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Candidates with a portfolio or previous video work are preferred.
