Job Description
Hirebot is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Product Consultants for Xiaomi (MI) mobile phones at a reputed mobile retail store in Indore.
We are looking for confident individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have an interest in smartphones and technology, and can help customers choose the right Xiaomi mobile phone based on their needs and budget.
Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain Xiaomi (MI) smartphones, features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobile phones based on their needs and budget.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate mobile phone features and communicate ongoing offers and promotions.
- Assist customers throughout the product selection and purchase process.
- Maintain an organised and attractive product display.
- Stay updated on Xiaomi products, features, and new launches.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic spoken English is required.
- Smart, presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Interest in smartphones, gadgets, and technology.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail sales, mobile sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on suitability and experience.
