Job Description
PolicyX.com is looking for candidates with experience in Life Insurance (CRT Term) or Health Insurance Renewals to manage policy issuance, renewals, customer queries, and coordination with insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle life insurance policy issuance or health insurance renewals.
Coordinate with customers and insurance partners for smooth processing.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain service quality and meet process targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience in Life Insurance or Health Insurance is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Relevant insurance process experience is preferred.
