Job Responsibilities
Manage daily centre operations and patient registration.
Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances.
Coordinate with doctors and paramedical staff.
Maintain patient records, data entry, billing, and Ayushman Portal activities.
Manage staff coordination, duty rosters, and grievances.
Ensure quality standards and smooth service delivery.
Support patient acquisition and centre growth.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Soft-spoken, responsible, and patient-friendly.
Basic computer and data management skills.
Ability to work in a team and willingness to relocate.
