• Coordinate the deployment of home nurses according to patient care requirements and location.
• Monitor daily attendance, duty schedules, and shift allocations of nursing staff.
• Conduct patient and family follow-up calls to ensure quality nursing care and satisfaction.
• Visit patients' homes periodically to assess service quality and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and discharge teams for smooth patient admissions and transitions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, and staff documentation.
• Recruit, orient, train, and supervise home nursing staff to maintain clinical standards.
• Handle emergency staffing requirements and ensure uninterrupted patient care services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, infection control protocols, and ethical nursing practices.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, resolve complaints promptly, and support business development activities.
