Gold Loan Sales OfficerJob Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to promote gold loan products, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in gold loan sales or banking/financial services are preferred.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products.
• Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in gold loan sales or financial services preferred.
• Experience with Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance, or other gold loan companies is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered, if eligible for the role.

Qualifications

• Any Degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience in banking, NBFCs, gold loans, or financial services is preferred.
