- Daily Field Visits \& Route Coverage: Execute planned daily field visits across industrial hubs to meet key decision-makers, plant heads, and purchase managers.
- Product Demos \& On-Site Trials: Coordinate and conduct live product trials at client facilities, collect operational feedback, and provide solution-oriented support.
- Client Retention \& Repeat Business: Build strong relationships with existing accounts to secure consistent repeat orders and maximize lifetime customer value.
- Issue Escalation \& Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; promptly resolve field issues or escalate complex technical complaints to the Manager for quick resolution.
- Payment \& Payment Follow-ups: Take complete ownership of payment collections, ensuring timely settlements of outstanding invoices and zero bad debt.
- CRM \& Record Maintenance: Maintain updated client records, visit logs, trial reports, and pipeline data for regular reporting.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales revenue, retention targets, and collection KPIs.
