ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR AND ELECTRICIAN FOR SPINNING MILL

We have immediate openings for both Electrical Supervisors and Shift Electricians.

1️ Role: Electrical Supervisor

• Position Overview: Oversee the entire electrical maintenance operations of the mill, lead the shift electrician team, reduce machine downtime, and monitor energy efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and allocate routine work schedules to shift electricians.
• Manage and maintain HT/LT panels, substations, transformers, and backup DG sets.
• Guide the team in troubleshooting complex automation control circuits, PLCs, and VFD systems.
• Oversee preventive electrical maintenance schedules for all spinning machinery (blowroom to ring frame).
• Requirements
• Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• License: Valid "C" License or "B" License from the Electrical Licensing Board is highly preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of supervising electrical teams in a textile or spinning mill.
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and license).

2️ Role: Shift Electrician

• Position Overview: Perform hands-on daily maintenance, rapid breakdown wiring, and ongoing troubleshooting of mill machinery under the direction of the supervisor.
• Key Responsibilities
• Attend to sudden machine breakdowns and conduct rapid electrical component replacements.
• Handle electrical wiring, circuit connections, and motor/pump replacements.
• Routine check-ups on machine sensors, inverters, starters, and distribution boards.
• Follow strict industrial safety guidelines (such as LOTO procedures) while working on live panels.
• Requirements
• Qualification: ITI (Electrician / Wireman) or 12th Pass with vocational training.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in a spinning mill or heavy industrial setting.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in rotating 8-hour industrial shifts.
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Plus benefits like PF, ESI, and bonus).
