New Car Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Attend customers visiting the car showroom and understand their requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
• Arrange test drives and provide vehicle demonstrations.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, cold calling, references, and follow-ups.
• Convert prospective customers into vehicle sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Explain car loan, insurance, accessories, and RTO registration processes.
• Maintain customer records and update sales leads in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.
• Follow up with customers until vehicle booking, invoicing, and delivery.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales; freshers may apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of car models and automobile sales is an advantage.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
