Technician & Supervisor

Location

Chintalapadu, Nandigama (Near to Vijaywada, Andhra Pradhesh)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily site activities and direct labor gangs as per instructions from Site Engineer
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings/instructions and quality expectations
• Maintain daily labor attendance, productivity and activity records
• Ensure proper handling, storage and use of materials at the work-front
• Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices among workmen at all times
• Report progress, hindrances and material shortages to Site Engineer/Site Incharge
• Coordinate between multiple work-fronts/trades (civil, structural, mechanical) at ground level

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Practical/hands-on knowledge of civil construction activities
• Good team/labor handling and communication skills
• Basic safety awareness and discipline
• Ability to read basic drawings/markings on site
