Admin / Customer Service Executive – Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin / Customer Service Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, respond to client enquiries and support the smooth functioning of our wedding photography business.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram and other platforms.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide updates regarding bookings, schedules and services.
• Maintain client details, enquiry records and booking information using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate client meetings, appointments and internal team schedules.
• Handle basic office administration, documentation and record keeping.
• Assist with quotations, invoices and other client-related documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending information, payments and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with the photography and editing teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Maintain organized office records and support daily operational tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Friendly, patient and professional approach to customer service.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service or office coordination is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude and communication skills can apply.
