Dispatch Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Officer to manage all daily dispatches, stock coordination, and timely delivery to our franchisees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Check and process daily franchisee orders for dispatch. 2. Coordinate with the packing team and ensure accurate material packing. 3. Verify stock availability and coordinate with the production/store department. 4. Handle billing, invoice generation, and dispatch entry in Excel/System. 5. Coordinate with transport and courier partners for timely delivery. 6. Share LR copies, tracking details, and dispatch updates with franchisees. 7. Maintain daily dispatch reports and records. 8. Communicate with the Sales and Factory team to resolve dispatch-related issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Billing Software, Email, WhatsApp) - Good Communication and Coordination Skills - Knowledge of Logistics and Dispatch Process - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in Dispatch/Logistics (Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per interview and experience
