Job Locations: Kolkata,Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai,Pune Experience: 1–4 Years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a result-oriented BFSI Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in portal hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) requirements through job portals. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI requirements. Source relevant candidates through Naukri.com and other job portals. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Required Skills: 1–4 years of experience in BFSI recruitment. Strong hands-on experience in portal hiring and resume sourcing. Experience using Naukri.com and other recruitment portals. Good candidate screening, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment. Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Preferred Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
