Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and project amenities. Promote farmhouse, residential plot, and investment opportunities. Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective clients. Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
