Territory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Lead to manage and grow our business. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end city operations, P&L ownership, sales growth, and team performance. Key ResponsibilitiesTake complete ownership of the city's P&L and business performance. Manage day-to-day city operations and ensure smooth functioning. Handle vehicle management, driver availability, and fleet utilization. Oversee hub management and operational efficiency. Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. Monitor business performance through reports, MIS, and data analysis. Lead, motivate, and manage city-level teams. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets. Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Mobility, Transportation, Taxi, or Logistics operations. Strong experience in P&L management and business ownership. Good knowledge of vehicle, hub, sales, and team management. Strong analytical and data management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
