Job Title: HR Leader Company: Salaam International Salaam International is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Leader to manage and lead our recruitment team. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. Coordinate with team members and assist them in closing vacancies on time. Ensure proper documentation and maintain candidate records. Monitor daily recruitment activities, team performance, and follow-ups. Coordinate with candidates and team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Help resolve day-to-day team challenges and improve productivity. Requirements: Previous experience in team handling is mandatory. Excellent team coordination and communication skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work towards targets. Recruitment consultancy experience will be preferred. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month. Performance-Based Incentives: Approximately ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month. Total Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹33,000–₹35,000 , depending on performance and incentives.
