About this job

Vedant Finserv is a boutique wealth management and comprehensive financial planning firm serving affluent, HNI, NRI, senior professional and entrepreneur families across India and overseas. Our work extends beyond investment products. We help families make better financial decisions through planning, asset allocation, risk management, retirement planning, insurance, taxation coordination, estate planning and long-term wealth structuring. The AVP - Client Partner owns and strengthens relationships with an assigned group of client families. The role sits at the intersection of relationship management, financial planning, client servicing and execution coordination. Working with financial planners, operations and management, the Client Partner ensures that advice is translated into timely action and every family receives a consistent, highly personalised experience. Client Relationship Ownership • Develop a deep understanding of each assigned family, its financial position, priorities, concerns and long-term objectives. • Maintain regular, meaningful engagement, not communication limited to transactions. • Become a dependable point of contact and ensure queries and concerns are acknowledged, coordinated and resolved promptly. • Build appropriate continuity with spouses and other relevant family members. Client Reviews & Meeting Management • Plan periodic portfolio and financial planning reviews; update data, pending matters and earlier action points before every meeting. • Participate actively with senior financial planners where required. • Prepare or review Minutes of Meeting and convert discussions into named responsibilities, deadlines and follow-ups. • Ensure commitments made in meetings are tracked through closure. Financial Planning Coordination Build sufficient working knowledge to explain the rationale behind recommendations, while complex advice and regulated activities remain within the appropriate internal and regulatory framework Portfolio & Action Monitoring International diversification • Track implementation of review decisions, including documentation, investments, redemptions, rebalancing and agreed actions. • Coordinate closely with operations, identify exceptions early and escalate them before they become client-service failures.
