We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-oriented professional to join our team.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate with 4–5 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations.
Experience in handling tour operator bookings and EMC/OTA platforms.
Sound communication skills in English and Tamil.
Excellent convincing and sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Ability to describe the resort’s facilities, Chettinad heritage, culture, architecture and cuisine.
Knowledge of local heritage sites and tourist attractions in and around Chettinad.
Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused approach.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
Location: Sangam Central Reservation Office, Courtyard by Marriott Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
