Key Skills & Technical Knowledge

Good maintenance knowledge of Green Sand Foundry equipment.

Hands-on experience in Sand Plant Equipment maintenance.

Knowledge of High Pressure Moulding Machines (HPM).

Maintenance knowledge of Furnaces.

Experience in Dust Collector maintenance.

Knowledge of Fettling Equipment and Shot Blasting Equipment.

Maintenance of plant utilities and related equipment.

Electrician

Key Skills & Technical Knowledge

Good maintenance knowledge of Furnaces.

Hands-on experience in High Pressure Moulding Machines.

Knowledge of Core Shooter Machine maintenance.

Experience in EOT Crane electrical maintenance.

Knowledge of electrical utilities and plant utility systems.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out preventive maintenance.

Plumber Cum STP Operator

Key Skills & Technical Knowledge

Basic knowledge of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations.

Knowledge of plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of water quality testing.

Ability to carry out preventive maintenance activities.

Maintaining STP operational records and documentation.

Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety procedures and environmental requirements.
