Job Description

Vel's Clinic is looking for a qualified and dedicated X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team at Kinathukadavu. The candidate should be responsible for performing diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed by doctors.

Position patients correctly for accurate imaging.

Operate and handle X-ray equipment safely.

Follow radiation safety and protection protocols.

Maintain patient records and imaging documentation.

Assist patients before and after X-ray procedures.

Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the X-ray room.

Follow hospital policies and infection control procedures.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology.

Relevant professional registration or authorization, as applicable.

Knowledge of X-ray procedures and radiation safety.

Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre.

Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
