Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead and manage the Physiotherapy Department, ensuring quality patient care and smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team.

Oversee patient assessments and treatment plans.

Manage IP/OP physiotherapy operations.

Monitor patient progress and clinical outcomes.

Coordinate with doctors and other medical departments.

Manage staff schedules, training and performance.

Maintain patient records, HIS/EMR documentation and billing compliance.

Ensure adherence to NABH standards.

Manage therapy equipment and inventory.

Requirements

BPT qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 4 years of physiotherapy experience.

Previous team handling or leadership experience preferred.

Strong clinical, communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
