DENTISTS - BOTH BDS & MDS
Key Responsibilities
Examine patients' teeth, gums, and oral health conditions.
Diagnose dental problems and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Perform dental procedures such as
Tooth extractions
Root canal treatments
Dental fillings
Scaling and polishing
Crowns and bridges
Dentures and other restorative procedures.
Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
Prescribe medications when clinically indicated.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and medical histories.
Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Refer patients to dental specialists when required.
Monitor patients' progress and provide follow-up care.
Maintain proper handling and maintenance of dental equipment.
Ensure excellent patient communication and satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals.
