We are looking for a CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines, ensure product quality, and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.

Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.

Read and understand basic engineering drawings.

Check component dimensions using measuring instruments.

Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.

Identify basic machine issues and report technical problems.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred.

0–3 years of experience in CNC machine operation.

Freshers with basic CNC knowledge can also apply.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Salary & Additional Benefits

Gross salary (ESI & PF deductions applicable).

Attendance Incentive

₹1,000 for zero leave.

Production Incentive

₹1,000–₹4,000 based on skills and performance.

Overtime (OT): ₹150 per hour.
