Digital Marketing Trainee

About the role

We're looking for a motivated fresher to run the day-to-day digital marketing for Raayan Technologies. You'll handle the official marketing for two very different businesses: NaachiChat, a verified communications platform sold to schools and institutions, and our real estate business, which markets to local home and property buyers.

This is a hands-on, learn-on-the-job role. You won't be expected to arrive knowing everything — we'll train you from the ground up. What matters is that you're curious, organised, and willing to learn fast. You'll work directly with the founder, which means you'll see how a business actually runs and build skills across every part of marketing.

What you'll do

You'll be trained across all the areas below. Over time you'll own them; at the start you'll focus on the ones that need the least budget and the most learning.

Social media & content

Plan and post content for both businesses across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Write captions, shoot and edit simple reels and graphics (we'll teach you the tools)

Keep a content calendar so posting is consistent, not random

Help our websites and listings rank for the right local and institutional searches

Write and optimise blog posts, landing pages and property listings

Track keywords and improve what's underperforming

Set up and read Google Analytics (GA4), ad dashboards and website data

Send the founder a simple weekly report: what's working, what isn't, what you'd change

Turn numbers into decisions, not just charts

Build and send email campaigns and follow-ups to leads and institutional contacts

Keep lead and contact lists clean and organised

Who we're looking for

We care more about attitude and aptitude than a polished CV. You're a good fit if you

Are a recent graduate (any field — marketing, commerce, arts, engineering, all welcome)

Are based in Coimbatore, or ready to relocate here, and can work on-site

Communicate well in Tamil and English, both writing and speaking

Are comfortable on a smartphone and computer, and quick to pick up new apps

Are organised, reliable, and able to manage your own time without being chased

Are genuinely curious about how marketing and businesses work

Have a basic eye for design and good writing (or the will to build it)

What we offer

₹20,000 per month to start, plus an annual salary hike and a formal review at 12 months
