KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in generating leads through online and offline channels.

Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Promote the company's software products and services.

Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.

Assist the sales team in product presentations and demonstrations.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.

Support digital marketing and promotional activities.

Assist in social media marketing and campaign execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.

Support the team in achieving sales and marketing targets.

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident and professional personality.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Freshers and students interested in sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
