About the Role

We are looking for a confident and communicative GIS Client Relations Executive to connect with potential clients, manage leads, explain our GIS-based platform MAPOG, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Handle client queries, understand requirements, and maintain professional relationships.

Explain MAPOG's features, benefits, and use cases to potential customers.

Follow up with leads, schedule product demos, and maintain lead records.

Conduct basic market research and identify potential clients.

Support lead generation, client engagement, and business development activities.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Confidence in client interaction and follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, or customer handling is an advantage.

Interest in GIS, mapping technology, and SaaS products.

Freshers and students with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
