Hiring: International Outbound Telecaller – Canada Process

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced International Outbound Telecaller with excellent English communication skills, a clear Canadian/North American accent, and proven experience handling Canadian or other international customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers in Canada.

Generate qualified leads and book appointments.

Explain company services professionally and confidently.

Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into appointments.

Maintain customer records and update CRM.

Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years of international outbound calling experience.

Canadian/North American accent and excellent spoken English are mandatory.

Strong cold calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting skills.

Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working according to Canadian business hours.
